To some extent, I could not believe that I did not get an award after the championship race in Abington. It was the race that mattered most for me and my teammates this season. A little twist of my knee during the race couldn’t make me finish the race. It was disappointing but at same time it’s the inevitable situations of nature. We always can hope and wish, but the end is mostly determined by nature. We have no choice but to subject ourselves to the end results. We are part and parcel of nature itself.
However, when unfortunate situations come you always want to find alternative courses of action to embark on. By doing this, you’re able to at least get yourself back to a state of equilibrium. Friends and associates at Penn State Abington are always a great choice. I had lots of encouraging messages from my friends and teammates. They were messages I expected: forget about the sad experience and move on. I hope for a better season next year, and I hope to having stronger bond with friends and loved ones in Abington:-)
